Our training centre is at our premises in Northampton, providing a sufficient allocated parking area, Training classroom and practical area where the tower can be assembled.

We offer refreshments and a lunch for all delegates that are booked on any course.

PASMA STANDARD COURSES

The duration of this course is 1 day and this programme is designed for managers, supervisors and operatives who may need to construct and or inspect Mobile Aluminium Tower.
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of the need for safety associated with towers.

CONSISTING OF...

• Introduction to the scope of the Prefabricated Access Suppliers Manufacturers Association (PASMA)
• A Practical session looking at the assembly of a tower, as well as carrying out specific inspections and including a safe dismantling of the structure.

TRAINING METHODS

• Classroom based tutorials with the use of DVD and group participation combined with practical exercises.
• Delegates must successfully pass both theory and practical assessments.

Once completed the course the delegate is then certified and will receive all documentation needed on any site or work area, this includes a certificate of competency, ID card and a up to date operators code of practice.

ADVANCED MODULES

• EuroTowers also provide a training course on Stairway access units. We provide our very own Stairwell unit complying to all current legislations and using the 3T building technique.
• Also available is a 1 day course on bridge units (Module 3)

IPAF

Mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPS) IPAF certification—The IPAF (international Powered Access Federation) approved course is recognised by CITB and HSE.

• Vertical static (1A)

• Static boom (1B)

• Vertical Mobile (e.g.. Scissor lift) (3A)

• Mobile boom (3B)

• Safety harness inspection and record maintenance.

Once this course is completed as per the PASMA course a certification of competency and ID card are issued.
